Hello! I am Deanna Polani and I specialize in residential mortgage loans for purchases, refinances, equity lines, and reverse mortgages throughout the entire state of California.

I have been a mortgage broker and have lived in Half Moon Bay with my husband, Ken, since 1986. Opening Mortgage Associates in 1991, I have built my business through repeat clients and referrals.

Currently, I am serving my tenth term as Secretary on the SF/Peninsula Chapter Board of Directors for California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB). I pride myself on my integrity and ethical business practices.
